The Future of Work (FoW) programme observes the trends and frameworks of work to ensure that regardless of background or starting point, everyone can pursue good work in an age of technological and economic change.

RSA US

The challenge
How do we resolve the pressures and inequalities of the labour market in the wake of the pandemic to ensure those on the margins of the economy have a voice and equal place?

The solution
Translating the RSA’s 90 page blueprint document into a digestible animation based on a treasure map that illustrated practical solutions to inspire change. The RSA’s 5 principles are visualised as the North Star, offering an anchor for direction. In a world where insecure work can leave individuals feeling isolated, the intervention sets were illustrated as a communal island to emphasise the RSA’s goal for collaboration. The film promotes awareness of support organisations in place, particularly for those on the margins of the economy.
